Established in 2019, BiLines is Sydney Bi+ Network's annual Bi+ Visibility Day event. Through story sharing, BiLines aims to celebrate bi+ people and communities, our unique experiences, and joys. For us, story sharing is an important part of connecting, learning and we recognise that story sharing can take many different formats. Over the years, we've expanded BiLines to include many different forms of story sharing including sharing lived experiences, music, drag performance, and visual art mediums.
BiLines is organised by a team of Sydney Bi+ Network volunteers. If you are interested in being involved, please contact syd.bi.network@gmail.com. Planning meetings begin in July and you do not have to have any previous experience.
Held at Redfern Town Hall on 22 September 2019, the first BiLines focused on visibility across the generations.
